About
Michele Gardner
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, and I work to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling supported in making meaningful changes.
I draw from cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, and trauma-informed approaches, adapting therapy to each client’s individual needs, strengths, interests, and developmental level. I enjoy helping young people better understand their emotions, recognize patterns, build coping skills, and develop greater confidence in navigating challenges. Clients can expect curiosity, compassion, humor, and an active, engaged therapist who strives to make therapy both meaningful and approachable.
