Leanne is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is also a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. She has over a decade of experience working with youth and their families. She loves the opportunity to come alongside others and help them through the challenges of life.

I believe that healing happens within the context of a trusting and supportive therapuetic relationship. Many of the young people I work with have experienced difficult life events, ongoing stress, or challenges that have impacted their sense of safety, confidence, and well-being. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in the understanding that symptoms and behaviors often develop as ways of coping with overwhelming experiences.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and some Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help kids and their families build practical skills to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and move toward greater balance and resilience. I recognize that trust takes time to develop, and I strive to create a space where my clients feel respected, understood, and empowered in their healing process.
