About
Trung Ngo
I’m a bilingual (English/Vietnamese) LMFT dedicated to supporting adolescents, college students, student-athletes, and adults. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, adjustment challenges, life transitions, relationship conflict, sport anxiety, and issues related to Asian culture and generational differences. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to provide inclusive, affirming care to every client, regardless of their identity or orientation.
My approach to therapy is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and genuine care. I work closely with my clients to create a safe, supportive space where they feel accepted, understood, and empowered. My process is flexible and creative, allowing me to tailor our work together to your unique needs and goals.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. This diverse toolkit allows me to adapt my approach to best support you and your individual journey.
