About
Sydney Bondar
Young adults and teens are a unique and engaging population. I have a desire to support young people as they navigate life, stressors, and various emotional or traumatic experiences. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment to allow the freedom to express themselves. I am a dual licensed therapist (LMFT/LPCC) with experience working with young adults and children. The bulk of my experience has been focused on supporting young adults/adolescents with mood disorders, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and relationship and/or family conflict.
