About

Pameka Wolgemuth

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified PK-12 School Counselor with in-depth experience working with children, teens, young adults and families in clinical, community and school-based settings. I enjoy providing a warm, collaborative and compassionate space where clients can safely reflect, set goals and take action toward building healthy coping skills and managing stress. Working within therapeutic frameworks of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies and values-driven Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) help to provide practical tools for navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, over-thinking habits, self-image struggles and life transitions. My approach is heartfelt, resilience-focused and tailored to each client's needs. I am passionate about supporting young people and parents, drawing from both my clinical training and my personal journey of raising five children. When I have free time, you'll find me outside in nature every chance I get and spending time with my family.
