Kelley Holman
Kelley believes that every child and teen deserves a space where they feel understood, supported, and empowered to be their authentic selves. She is passionate about helping young people recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges.
Kelley takes a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strength-based practices, and mindfulness-based strategies. She works with children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, peer and family relationship challenges, school-related stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions.
With five years of experience working in school-based mental health settings, Kelley values partnering with families, schools, and other support systems to help clients feel successful across all areas of their lives.
Known for her genuine, approachable, and encouraging style, Kelley focuses on creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Her goal is to help young people build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and gain confidence in their ability to overcome challenges and thrive.
