About
Kayli Metheney
Kayli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals, couples and families from a variety of backgrounds. While she enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, she has a special interest in supporting children, teens and young adults as they navigate emotional and developmental challenges.
Kayli has experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, stress, ADHD, and adjustment-related issues. Kayli always strives to create a safe, supportive space where young people feel seen, heard, and understood. Her approach focuses on understanding the unique relationship each person has with their environment and how those dynamics shape their mental health and well-being. Additionally, she utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also incorporating mindfulness strategies, and a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens to meet each client’s unique needs. Kayli’s hope is to help each client build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and gain confidence in navigating their world.
Outside of work, Kayli enjoys taking yoga classes, walking her dog, trying new recipes, spending time outdoors, quality time with family and friends and being involved in her church community.
