About
Kaitlin Davis
Whatever is bringing you to therapy -- I'm glad you're here. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process of understanding what you want to change in your life, discovering how that can happen, and practicing new ways of doing things that will work better for you. I have extensive experience with teens and young adults dealing with things like depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, body image and friendship issues. I also have advanced training and experience in violence prevention intervention, conflict resolution, and trauma recovery. I utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT, motivational interviewing, and behavior activation within a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere.
