About

Jessica Sublett

Jessica creates a safe, supportive space where children, teens, and young adults feel heard, understood, and empowered. She takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, helping clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and develop practical coping skills for everyday life.
With experience in both community mental health and private practice, Jessica blends evidence-based techniques—including CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT—to meet each client’s unique needs. She also partners with parents, offering guidance to support their children’s emotional well-being. In her free time, Jessica enjoys connecting with family and friends, exploring new places, and getting lost in a good book.

Trained in evidence-based care

All Handspring therapists are trained to treat conditions like anxiety, depression, and ADHD using evidence-based approaches. We match every family based on their child’s needs and each therapist’s specialties.

A whole team behind every therapist

Every Handspring therapist is a Handspring employee with:

  • Ongoing clinical supervision

Regular supervision from our clinical team.

  • Weekly case consultation

The team meets every week to review cases and share what’s working.

  • Ongoing evidence-based training

Regular, required training keeps every therapist current on the research.
