About
Jesselyn Fernandez
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’re just getting through the day, I want you to know you don’t have to face it alone. Anxiety, low self-esteem, identity questions, or substance use can start to feel heavy and impact your relationships and sense of self. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you can bring your whole self without judgment. Together, we can explore what you’re carrying, make sense of the challenges in your way, and gently reconnect you with your strengths, hopes, and the life you want to create.
I’m a Filipina-American Associate Therapist who supports teens, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating trauma, identity, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I use a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach that integrates CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.
I understand that life can feel heavy with pressures, pain, or disconnection—but you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can heal from the past, build insight, and develop tools to move forward with greater strength, self-acceptance, and hope for the future.
