About
Elizabeth Garcia
I’m a licensed mental health therapist with a dual Master’s degree from Columbia University’s counseling program, where I received specialized training in racial-cultural dynamics and social justice-informed care. I support individuals navigating a broad spectrum of life experiences and mental health challenges.
My approach is warm, empathic, direct, and goal-oriented. I'm a multilingual neurodivergent therapist and specialize in neurodivergent issues, anxiety, depression, stress, boundaries, self-esteem, multicultural/identity issues, and building coping strategies and tools for a wide range of presenting concerns.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you feel understood and valued. We’ll explore the emotional barriers that may be holding you back while working together to identify practical tools and meaningful goals. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based methods, tailored to your unique needs as we build toward healing, empowerment, and lasting change.
