About
Daisy Vidrio
Hi! My name is Daisy, and I welcome you to a space where we can work together to find clarity and forward momentum in your life. My approach is centered on you, in an open, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have 5+ years of experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, codependency, career/education, stress, work-life balance, somatic symptoms, self-esteem, inner child healing, and life transitions.
My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing primarily from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate elements of Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Family Dynamics. This blended approach allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, values, and goals while honoring both structure and flexibility in the therapeutic process.
During my free time, you will find me at the beach, hiking, crafting/drawing, singing, or enjoying an outing with my son and dog. I also just began to instruct and participate in yoga and sound bowl healing events during my leisure time.
