About
Cara Zhu
Hi, I’m Cara. I help children and teens manage school stress, social anxiety, low mood, and body image concerns. I also work closely with parents to improve communication and build supportive, healthy parenting skills. I focus on the whole family, not just one person. I believe every child already has strengths, and in therapy, I help those strengths grow. You’ll find a warm, compassionate and judgment-free space where both kids and parents feel understood and supported. In my spare time, I’m a yoga teacher and I love growing plants.
