About
Caleigh Koppelmann
I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families through a trauma-informed and relational lens. My experience includes working with a wide range of pediatric concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, attachment challenges, and behavioral concerns, often within the context of family dynamics and systems.
I believe that healing happens in relationships, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where all clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I work closely with caregivers to foster connection, build skills, and support the overall well-being of the family system. My goal is to help clients move from surviving to thriving one step at a time.
