About
Brandi Matz
With more than 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I specialize in helping to navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients feel understood while developing practical tools for lasting change.
I am the author of two books on anxiety and have spent my career helping clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. Whether someone is struggling with chronic anxiety, perfectionism, grief, parenting stress, or feeling stuck, I work to create a supportive space where healing and growth can happen.
I believe therapy should feel both meaningful and approachable — a place where clients can feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
