Annie Herman

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania. I have over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, stress, school challenges, peer relationships, and major life transitions. Many of my clients may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to manage the pressures they’re facing. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, talking through what they’re experiencing, and developing practical strategies to feel more confident and in control.
As a certified school social worker, I have experience supporting students with disabilities, navigating the IEP process, and collaborating with families and school teams to help students succeed. I work collaboratively with clients and their families to better understand their individual needs, build on their strengths, and help them move forward.
