About
Amy Farrell
Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with young adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, school and life stress, self-esteem challenges, caregiver fatigue, and the many pressures that come with being human. Amy's goal is to offer a safe, non‑judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. She strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can be open and vulnerable while still feeling grounded and secure. Amy uses a blend of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques. In her spare time, you can find Amy spending time with her cat, reading books and listening to music.
