At the heart of my work is the belief that “it takes a village.” Supporting a child means supporting the whole family, and I truly see parents and caregivers as essential partners in the process. Being a caregiver is one of the hardest (and most meaningful) roles there is, and I feel honored to walk alongside families as they navigate challenges, build resilience, and create stronger connections.
As for clinical expertise, I bring over 10 years of experience across community mental health, private practice, school-based services, and crisis intervention working with children, adolescents, and families- so I understand just how complex and overwhelming life can feel at times.
Outside of the therapy room, I am a PhD candidate and have the privilege of teaching and mentoring future therapists. Giving back to the field in this way is incredibly meaningful to me, and it keeps me connected to new ideas, perspectives, and the evolving needs of the communities we serve. Don't let the education fool you- I’m usually being outsmarted by my own kids and a Bernedoodle named Noodle!

As a clinical mental health counselor, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and families through various challenges and transitions.
