About
Seona King
I am licensed in mental health counseling after obtaining my Bachelor's degree from Alfred University in Clinical counseling psychology and then went on to gain my Master's degree in mental health counseling. I have experience in working in outpatient services, which led to working with a wide range of clients with different mental health struggles including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, Autisim/ADHD. I work to take a client centered approach, emphasizing meeting you where you are while also working to help navigate where you would like to be. I do have formal training in CPT and working with clients struggling with trauma.
