About
Rachael St. Clair
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals, teens, and families through complex life transitions. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked in private practice, inpatient psychiatric settings, alternative schools, and higher education, which has given me a broad and practical understanding of mental health across different stages of life.I’m also a parent of three kids—one in college and two in high school—which deeply informs my understanding of stress, resilience, and the realities of family life. I value honesty, warmth, and practicality in therapy, and I work collaboratively with clients to navigate challenges and build meaningful change. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outdoors enjoying the Pacific Northwest, camping, wandering forests, or watching Seahawks games with my two big, goofy dogs close by.
