About
Nilofer Safi
With over a decade of dedicated service in mental health, Nilo brings a rare dual perspective to her practice as both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Credentialed School Psychologist. This unique background allows her to bridge the gap between clinical therapeutic needs and the complexities of the educational system.
An alumna of UC Davis and CSU East Bay, and deep roots in the public school system, she understands the "whole child"—from the classroom to the living room. She specializes in supporting children (ages 4–18) and young adults navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and depression. Utilizing a sophisticated blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, Nilo is dedicated to helping families navigate life’s most difficult transitions with clarity and compassion.
When she isn’t supporting families, Nilo finds her own balance through travel, spending time with loved ones, literature, and the intricate challenge of a good puzzle.
