Abie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through life’s challenges. Abie earned her Master’s of Social Work from Columbia University and has extensive experience in both school and community settings. She is passionate about helping youth and families build resilience and thrive.
Abie specializes in working with youth navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and navigating difficult family relationships. With a strong foundation in school-based therapy, Abie brings a deep understanding of the multiple systems that impact a youth’s social and emotional well-being. Her work is rooted in helping youth feel empowered, seen, and supported within a culturally responsive and inclusive space.
Outside of her work, Abie finds joy in spending time with her children, getting outside in nature, trying out new recipes, and exploring different creative outlets. These grounding and expressive practices nurture her sense of balance and creativity—qualities that naturally inform and enrich her approach to therapy.

Alexa focuses on creating a warm, laid-back, and safe environment where clients can show up authentically and feel heard, seen, and accepted. Her approach to therapy blends person-centered care with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing Alexa and her clients to build a strong, supportive relationship while also working on practical tools to help them feel better. Ali is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in North Carolina. She has worked with children, adolescents, and families for over 10 years, most recently in the school system, and has been working in the clinical field for about 3 years. Ali strives to create a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space for clients to be comfortable exploring and processing their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Allison has a passion for helping adolescents and young adults thrive. Cami has worked with young adults, children, adolescents, and parents in a variety of contexts. She has been a therapist in community mental health and private practice settings, and has also worked as a social worker for a program for teen parents seeking to complete their high school education. Emily implements evidenced-based strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, and solution-focused, while adapting to meet the client’s specific needs. Emily has experience working in school-based settings, foster homes, and in-office settings. Outside of work, you can find Emily taking care of her plants or at the local thrift store!

Gabriela is a Pediatric Physician Assistant specializing in Pediatric Psychiatry, with a degree from Thomas Jefferson University and over five years of experience in pediatric care. Passionate about mental health and child development, she takes a compassionate, holistic approach to supporting children and their families. Outside of clinical practice, Gabriela enjoys discovering new foods, practicing yoga, hiking, and nurturing a home garden.

Gillian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children and adolescents. Having worked in diverse clinical and community settings, Gillian understands the importance of collaboration with families, schools, and other support systems to provide holistic and effective care. Her experience in higher levels of care, such as partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and in-home programs, allows her to support clients through acute challenges while building long-term coping strategies.

Jasmine is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked in the mental health field for almost ten years. She has experience working with children, teens, young adults, and their families. Sarah has experience working with presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns/teen issues, life-transitions, ADHD, and trauma (PTSD & C-PTSD). She has worked in various settings such as within the foster-care system, providing therapeutic services for children displaced from their families as well as private practice with children, teens, and young adults. She also has experience working with youth from various cultures/backgrounds and those within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Sarah has training in modalities such as Trauma-Informed Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Expressive Arts therapy,and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Sarah engages with clients in an eclectic way, taking into consideration what methods work for each specific individual and where they are at in their mental health journey. I am licensed in mental health counseling after obtaining my Bachelor's degree from Alfred University in Clinical counseling psychology and then went on to gain my Master's degree in mental health counseling. I have experience in working in outpatient services, which led to working with a wide range of clients with different mental health struggles including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, Autisim/ADHD. I work to take a client centered approach, emphasizing meeting you where you are while also working to help navigate where you would like to be. I do have formal training in CPT and working with clients struggling with trauma.

Serena has been working with children, adolescents, and families for almost a decade. She is passionate about helping children and parents navigate challenges in life as well as mental health issues and behaviors. Serena utilizes a person centered approach with clients and tailors treatment to the specific needs of each client, combining cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness.She has experience working with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, OCD, emotional dysregulation, and mood disorders. In her free time, Serena enjoys hiking, spin classes, and spending time with her partner and friends as well as her dog/cats.

Shanna obtained her Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree with highest honors from Kutztown University. Shanna has worked with people throughout the lifespan. She believes that people bring unique experiences into therapy, and that the best approach is client centered, trauma informed, and tailored to individuals’ needs.
Shanna is adept at working collaboratively with the clients treatment team to help clients reach their goals. In her work, Shanna emphasizes collaboration within the family unit, knowing that working together can bring about great change and improvements.

Sidney is a clinical social worker with years dedicated to caring for children, teens, and adults in an outpatient setting. Susannah has years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and young adults. Susannah has worked as a therapist in a number of community settings and is proficient at providing mental health counseling in English as well as in Spanish, using evidence-based strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy with a mindfulness and strengths-based approach to increase insight and self-efficacy. Susannah understands that healing happens within the context of supportive relationships and is adept at providing a therapeutic safe space for clients to work through issues such as trauma, grief, disrupted attachment, anxiety and depression. Outside of work, Susannah enjoys yoga, singing, hiking, and spending time with family (including her three cats).

Tierra has over 6 years in the mental health field. She has experience treating children, adolescents, and young adults. Tierra specializes in depression, anxiety, oppositional behaviors, self-esteem, trauma, and anger management. Tierra provides a safe and judgment-free environment to explore clients' feelings and gain insight into their situations.

Zaya is a Midwest native, with a Southern “old soul.” Caring for people is second nature for her. She has been working in the helping field for more than twenty years, and as a practicing psychotherapist for ten. She has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology (2000) and graduated with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2004. She has developed a knowledge base and specialization in the areas of domestic violence, child development/parenting, familial discord, women’s issues, self-esteem, anger management, mood disorders social-emotional distress and substance abuse throughout the years.
Zaya is passionate about providing therapy to children and adults in individual, group, family, couples and e-therapy platforms. Zaya emphasizes cognitive behavioral therapy principles with influences from Gestalt therapy and motivational interviewing. Focusing on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, promoting self-awareness, and building resilience to overcome life's challenges. Helping clients develop strategies for managing their emotional responses, exploring their past to understand present patterns, and fostering a sense of self-acceptance and empowerment.
